Impact Scholarship

The Windsor Gives Impact Scholarship strives to remove barriers from endurance events and allow individuals the opportunity to participate in endurance events to support their overall well-being. Often, there are many barriers that an individual might encounter when it comes to participating in an endurance event:

• Cost of the event
• Cost of a training plan, gear, shoes, nutrition, etc
• Not knowing where to start
• Not feeling included
• Not having a support system or accountability system
• Not having access to a training plan, coach, or what it might take to keep training to reach a goal

The Impact Scholarship will give an individual an opportunity to participate in an endurance event and eliminate those barriers they might encounter. The Impact Scholarship is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all individuals. Through the scholarship, Windsor Gives will provide the training plan + coaching, shoes/gear, entry cost to the event, and a support system to get you to the starting line of your event.

With our first Impact Scholarship we will be accepting applications from December 28th through January 31, 2024. We will be announcing our first recipient in early February. We will accept applications on a continual basis throughout the year.
